Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location is convenient, close to highways making it easy to reach the city center. The staff is friendly and offers helpful suggestions, although some are inexperienced. The dining options are a bit underwhelming, with limited choices and a basic complimentary snack pack. The rooms are clean but have issues with bright lights and inconsistent temperature. The facilities are average, with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the upside, the rooms seemed clean and functional, but there were some issues with dust and a hint of cigarette smell. The service was friendly and accommodating, even though there was a small hiccup with the reservation. The location was convenient for our plans, although it attracted some questionable visitors at times. Dining options were limited but fresh. The facilities were decent, though some areas seemed neglected.
The king suite rooms are not cleaned thoroughly but just enough to make them look okay to sleep in until 3 pm. The AC unit in the room was a bit noisy. The hotel handles things very well and provided me with toiletries when my flight was delayed and my bag rerouted. The staff are very passionate about their job, but there were some issues with cleanliness in and around the drains in my room. The location is convenient, with two pharmacies and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. However, there is a risk of encountering a bad group of people from time to time, so one needs to be aware. The dining experience is a bit expensive at $12 per person, with limited breakfast options. The hotel has daily fresh fish available, but the cleanliness of the room was better than the dining experience itself and compared to other hotels in general.
